Micro Planetary Gearbox
VSM 10- IG64 is a 10mm micro stepper motor attached with a
planetary gearbox, planetary gearbox is high precision and high end
gearbox, it looks extremely nice, and it’s more expensive compared
to other gearboxes.
Motor basic step angle is 18 degrees, which means, 20 steps per
turn, plus the deceleration box deceleration effect, the final
motor rotation angle resolution can reach 0.005~4.5 degrees, can be
used in many requirements, specially high precision industry such
as medical equipment, measuring devices, etc.
A planetary gearbox can have several levels, each level, it is 4:1
gear ratio.
So with different levels, gear ratio can be 4:1, 16:1, 64:1, 256:1,
1024:1 and 4096:1, customers can choose different gear ratio,
according to different use torque speed requirements of speed.
Given the proper driving frequency of the stepper motor can reach
the determination of the speed.
This product gear box uses the most advanced equipment in the
international processing related parts, so the high precision, high
efficiency, low noise, and the use of reasonable and reliable
process, make the product has better reliability.
The power input part and standard stepper motor can be used as
probe structure, FPC, FFC, PCB cable and other forms.
The shaft of this gear box is standard 2mm D shaft.
About the motor, we have two type of coil resistance: 12.2Ω and
39Ω, lower resistance will have higher torque, and power
consumption.
